Adobe Illustrator contour cutting outline

To create a contour cut of an image from Adobe Illustrator, select the image and select "Type" and then click "Create Outlines". 
There will now be generated a bullet that is located in the image color edge that can be cut. 
Next, save the image as an Illustrator * .AI file in version 8, then import the illustrator file into WinPCsign
