Designed for professional garment decoration, sportswear, workwear, teamwear and promotional clothing, Premium Plus Neon Yellow 101 provides excellent coverage and a striking fluorescent finish. Its polyurethane construction remains comfortable on garments, while the adhesive carrier makes cutting, weeding and positioning detailed designs straightforward and efficient.
Neon Yellow 101 is designed for applications where maximum visual impact is required. Its vivid fluorescent yellow appearance makes lettering, logos, numbers and graphical elements stand out strongly against darker and contrasting fabrics.
The colour is particularly effective for sportswear, event clothing, promotional garments, team kits and workwear where a bold design is important. It can also be used for fashion garments, branded merchandise, club clothing and creative textile projects where ordinary yellow heat transfer vinyl does not provide enough visual impact.
Neon Yellow 101 works particularly well on black, navy, royal blue, red, dark grey and other darker garments. It can be used as the main colour in a design or combined with black, white and other Premium Plus colours for contrasting multi-colour graphics.
STAHLS' CAD-CUT® Premium Plus is known for its lightweight and flexible construction. At approximately 90 microns thick, the film creates a soft finish that follows the movement of the fabric instead of producing an unnecessarily thick or stiff transfer.
This makes Premium Plus particularly suitable for large back prints, company logos, sports graphics and designs covering a significant area of the garment. Its excellent elasticity also makes it a strong choice for activewear and stretch fabrics containing Lycra® or spandex.

As fabric finishes, coatings and heat resistance can vary, a test application is always recommended before beginning a larger production run.
One of the advantages of CAD-CUT® Premium Plus is its compatibility with suitable 100% nylon products. This makes the vinyl useful for decorating sports bags, jackets, teamwear and other nylon garments and accessories.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the transfer and fabric to cool completely before removing the carrier. The liner should therefore be removed using a Cold Peel. Nylon with water-repellent or other specialist coatings should always be tested before production to confirm adequate adhesion.
The adhesive carrier makes Premium Plus easy to handle when producing detailed designs. Small letters, fine lines and separate design elements remain securely positioned while excess material is weeded away.
The vinyl can be cut using compatible vinyl cutters and cutting plotters, making it suitable for both small custom jobs and professional high-volume garment production.
Cut the design in mirror image, weed away the unwanted vinyl and position the finished transfer onto the garment with the carrier facing upwards.
STAHLS' Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds approximately to level 4-6 on a Hotronix® heat press. On cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics, remove the adhesive carrier while hot. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and allow the garment to cool completely before removing the carrier.
