One of the important advantages of Premium Plus is its suitability for 100% nylon. This makes Turquoise 380 a useful option for decorating sports bags, jackets, teamwear, windbreakers and selected outdoor garments.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow both the fabric and the transfer to cool completely before removing the carrier. The liner must be removed using the Cold Peel method. For standard recommended fabrics such as cotton and polyester, the carrier can normally be removed while hot.
Some nylon materials feature water-resistant or dirt-resistant coatings that can reduce adhesion. Always perform a test press to confirm that the vinyl bonds correctly.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus straightforward to cut, weed and position. Small letters, thin lines and separate design elements remain securely attached to the carrier while excess vinyl is removed.
Turquoise 380 can be cut using standard professional and hobby cutting plotters. Remember to mirror the artwork before cutting. Once the unwanted vinyl has been weeded away, place the design on the garment with the transparent carrier facing upwards.

Cut the design in reverse, weed away the excess material and position it on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards. Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier hot when applying to cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics. For 100% nylon, allow the transfer to cool completely and remove the carrier cold.
Always follow the garment manufacturer's temperature and care instructions and carry out a test application before starting volume production.
