When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the design and garment to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon materials can sometimes have water-repellent or dirt-resistant coatings, so testing adhesion before production is always recommended.
The adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus easy to work with when creating small lettering, detailed logos and designs containing multiple separate elements. The design remains securely attached to the carrier while excess vinyl is removed, helping maintain accurate positioning.
Premium Plus can be cut using standard vinyl cutters and cutting plotters, making it suitable for both small creative workshops and professional garment decoration businesses producing larger quantities.
Cut the design in reverse and weed away the excess heat transfer vinyl. Position the design on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards.

A medium pressure setting of approximately 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press is recommended.
For cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics, remove the adhesive carrier while hot. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the garment has fully cooled before removing the carrier.
