When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the garment and vinyl to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon may also have water-repellent or dirt-resistant coatings, so testing adhesion on the specific product is essential.
The pressure-sensitive carrier makes Premium Plus easy to work with, even when producing small lettering, thin lines and detailed logos. Individual design elements remain securely attached to the carrier while excess material is removed.
The vinyl can be cut using most professional and desktop cutting plotters. Always mirror the artwork before cutting. After weeding, position the design on the garment with the transparent carrier facing upwards before applying it with a heat press.

Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier hot when applying the vinyl to standard recommended textiles. For 100% nylon, allow the application to cool fully and use Cold Peel.
