One of the major advantages of Premium Plus is its compatibility with 100% nylon. This makes Peach 006 suitable for decorating sports bags, lightweight jackets, club clothing and other nylon products.
When applying the vinyl to nylon, allow the design and garment to cool completely before carefully removing the carrier. Nylon materials may have water-repellent or dirt-resistant coatings, so adhesion should always be tested before production.
The adhesive carrier makes Premium Plus easy to handle when working with small letters, thin lines and designs containing several separate elements. The cut design remains securely positioned while the excess vinyl is removed.
Peach 006 can be cut using standard vinyl cutters and is suitable for everything from small personalised orders to professional garment production. Always cut the design in mirror image before weeding and heat application.
Place the weeded design on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards. Apply using one of the following recommended settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. On cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics, remove the carrier while hot. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the garment has cooled completely.
