Premium Plus Orange 180 is suitable for decorating T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polo shirts, sports shirts, workwear, jackets, bags, accessories and promotional garments. As fabrics may contain different coatings or finishes, a test application should always be completed before starting a larger production run.
Unlike many standard flex films, Premium Plus can also be applied to 100% nylon. This makes Orange 180 suitable for nylon jackets, sports bags, team clothing and selected outdoor products.
When applying the vinyl to nylon, allow the garment and transfer to cool completely before carefully removing the carrier. Some nylon fabrics have water-repellent or stain-resistant treatments that may affect adhesion, so testing the material before production is essential.
The adhesive carrier makes Premium Plus easy to handle, even when designs include small letters, narrow lines or multiple individual elements. The artwork remains securely attached to the carrier while excess vinyl is removed, helping to maintain accurate positioning.
The film can be cut using most standard cutting plotters and is suitable for both small personalised orders and high-volume professional garment production.
Cut the design in reverse, weed away the excess vinyl and position the graphic on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards. Apply using one of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier while hot when applying to cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the transfer has cooled completely.
