Unlike many standard heat transfer vinyl products, Premium Plus can also be used on 100% nylon. This makes it particularly useful for decorating sports bags, jackets, teamwear and other nylon-based products.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the transfer and garment to cool completely before removing the carrier. The liner must be removed using a Cold Peel. Nylon garments with water-repellent or dirt-resistant coatings should always be tested beforehand to ensure satisfactory adhesion.
The adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus Neon Pink 241 straightforward to work with, even when producing designs containing small lettering, thin lines or numerous individual elements.
The design remains securely positioned on the carrier while excess vinyl is weeded away. This helps improve production efficiency and makes Premium Plus suitable for everything from one-off customised garments to professional batch production.
Premium Plus can be layered with other colours from the same range, allowing you to create multi-colour logos, club badges, names, numbers and detailed graphics.
When producing layered transfers, use short intermediate presses for the first layers and apply the full pressing time only to the final layer. This helps prevent unnecessary exposure to heat while maintaining reliable adhesion.
Cut the design in reverse using a suitable cutting plotter. Weed away the unwanted material and position the finished transfer on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards.

Medium pressure corresponds approximately to level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press.
For cotton, polyester and other standard recommended fabrics, remove the carrier while hot. When decorating 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the garment and transfer have cooled completely before removing the liner.
