Fabric coatings, waterproofing treatments and heat sensitivity can affect adhesion and application results. We therefore recommend carrying out a test press before beginning a larger production run.
One of the useful advantages of Premium Plus is its compatibility with 100% nylon. This makes Neon Orange 181 suitable for selected jackets, sports bags, teamwear and other nylon products where ordinary HTV may not provide reliable adhesion.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the material to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon products may have water-repellent or other surface coatings, so testing adhesion before production is especially important.
Premium Plus Neon Orange 181 is designed for efficient production with professional vinyl cutters and cutting plotters. The adhesive carrier helps hold small letters, thin lines and separate design elements securely in position while excess material is weeded away.

Cut the design in mirror image using a suitable cutting plotter. Weed away the unwanted heat transfer vinyl and position the finished design on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards.
Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds approximately to level 4-6 on a Hotronix® heat press.
On cotton, polyester and other recommended standard fabrics, remove the carrier hot after pressing. When applying to 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and allow the garment and transfer to cool completely before removing the liner.
