Textiles may contain coatings, treatments or finishes that affect adhesion. Always carry out a test application before beginning a larger production run, particularly when working with water-resistant garments, coated nylon or heat-sensitive polyester.
Unlike many standard flex films, CAD-CUT Premium Plus can also be used on 100% nylon. This makes Navy 350 suitable for decorating sports bags, lightweight jackets, club clothing and selected accessories manufactured from nylon.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the transfer and garment to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon may have water-repellent or stain-resistant coatings, so testing is essential to ensure reliable adhesion.
The adhesive polyester carrier makes Premium Plus easy to handle, even when the design contains small letters, narrow lines or separate details. The design remains securely positioned while excess vinyl is removed, reducing the risk of individual elements moving during weeding.

Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier while hot on standard recommended fabrics. When applying the vinyl to 100% nylon, allow it to cool completely and use a cold peel.
