Unlike many standard heat transfer vinyl products, Premium Plus can also be applied to 100% nylon. This makes it suitable for decorating sports bags, lightweight jackets, club clothing and other nylon products.
When applying the vinyl to nylon, allow the transfer and fabric to cool completely before removing the carrier. The liner must be removed using the Cold Peel method. Nylon with water-repellent or stain-resistant coatings should always be tested to confirm satisfactory adhesion.
The adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus easy to handle during cutting, weeding and positioning. Small letters, thin lines and separate design elements remain securely attached to the carrier while excess vinyl is removed.
The material can be cut using standard vinyl cutters and cutting plotters. Always mirror the design before cutting. It is suitable for individual custom garments, small production runs and professional high-volume textile decoration.
Premium Plus Light Orange 185 can be layered with other colours from the Premium Plus range. This allows users to produce colourful company logos, club emblems, numbers, lettering and creative graphics.
For multi-layer designs, use short presses for the first layers and apply the complete pressing time only to the final layer. This helps prevent the garment and vinyl from being exposed to unnecessary heat.
Cut the design in reverse and remove the unwanted vinyl. Position the design on the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards.

Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4-6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier while hot when applying to standard recommended fabrics. For 100% nylon, allow the garment to cool completely and remove the carrier cold.
