Fabric coatings, waterproof treatments, dyes and heat sensitivity can affect adhesion. A test application should therefore always be completed before beginning a larger production run.
One of the key advantages of Premium Plus is its compatibility with 100% nylon. This makes Light Blue 320 suitable for decorating sports bags, lightweight jackets, club clothing and other nylon products that may not be compatible with standard garment vinyl.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the garment and design to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon products may have water-repellent or stain-resistant coatings, so testing adhesion on the specific item is particularly important.
The pressure-sensitive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus easy to handle, even when working with small letters, narrow lines or designs containing multiple individual elements. The cut design remains securely positioned while the excess vinyl is removed.
Premium Plus can be cut using most standard vinyl cutters and cutting plotters. Always cut the design in mirror image before weeding and positioning it on the garment with the clear carrier facing upwards.

Use short tack presses for the first layers and apply the complete recommended pressing time only to the final layer. A non-stick cover sheet can be used to protect the design, exposed vinyl and heat press platen during application.
Cut the design in mirror image and weed away all unwanted heat transfer vinyl. Position the design on the garment with the pressure-sensitive carrier facing upwards.
Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. On cotton, polyester and other standard compatible fabrics, remove the carrier while hot. When printing on 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the material has cooled completely.
