Unlike many standard garment vinyls, Premium Plus can also be used on suitable 100% nylon. This makes it a practical choice for jackets, sports bags, teamwear, lightweight outerwear and promotional accessories.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the design and fabric to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon may contain water-resistant or dirt-repellent coatings, so testing the specific material is essential.
The adhesive carrier helps hold small letters, thin lines and separate design elements securely in place during weeding and positioning. This makes Premium Plus suitable for both straightforward text and more detailed graphics.
The vinyl can be cut using standard vinyl cutting plotters and is suitable for small custom orders, club kits, branded workwear and larger professional production runs.
Cut the design in reverse, remove the excess vinyl and position the graphic on the garment with the clear carrier facing upwards. Apply using one of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier hot when applying to standard recommended fabrics. For 100% nylon, allow the garment to cool and remove the carrier cold.
