Fabric coatings, waterproof treatments and heat sensitivity can vary between manufacturers. We therefore recommend carrying out a test application before beginning larger production runs.
One major advantage of Premium Plus is its compatibility with 100% nylon. This makes the vinyl suitable for selected jackets, sports bags, teamwear and other nylon products where standard heat transfer vinyl may not provide satisfactory adhesion.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the garment and transfer to cool completely before removing the carrier. This Cold Peel application method helps achieve reliable adhesion.
Because some nylon textiles feature water-resistant or dirt-resistant coatings, always perform an adhesion test before production.
The adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus Iceberg Green 424 straightforward to work with, even when designs contain smaller letters, narrow lines or separate graphic elements.
Cut the design in reverse using a suitable vinyl cutter, then weed away the unwanted material. The adhesive carrier holds the remaining design securely in position, making accurate placement on the garment easier.
Premium Plus is suitable for both smaller creative workshops and professional businesses producing personalised garments in larger quantities.

Medium pressure corresponds approximately to level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press.
For cotton, polyester and other standard compatible fabrics, remove the carrier while hot. When applying to 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and allow the transfer to cool completely before removing the carrier.
