Textiles can have different coatings, treatments and heat sensitivities. A test application is therefore always recommended before beginning a larger production run.
Premium Plus differs from many standard flex films because it can also be applied to 100% nylon. This makes the material useful for sports bags, jackets, team garments and other nylon-based textile products.
When applying Premium Plus to nylon, allow the design and garment to cool completely before removing the carrier. For other recommended fabrics, the adhesive carrier can normally be removed hot after pressing.
Some nylon products have water-repellent or dirt-resistant coatings that may reduce adhesion, so always test the material before production.
The adhesive carrier makes CAD-CUT Premium Plus Green 400 easy to handle, even when producing designs containing small letters, thin lines and numerous individual elements.
After cutting the design in mirror image, the unwanted vinyl can be weeded away while the individual design elements remain securely attached to the carrier. This speeds up production and helps maintain accurate positioning.
Premium Plus is compatible with common vinyl cutters and cutting plotters, making it suitable for everything from small personalised orders to professional garment production.

Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
A medium pressure setting of approximately 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press is recommended.
For standard recommended fabrics, remove the carrier hot. When applying to 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the garment has cooled completely before removing the liner.
