Thanks to its adhesive carrier, CAD-CUT Premium Plus is easy to cut, weed and position. It can be used on cotton, polyester, nylon, satin, polyester mesh and Lycra®/spandex blends, making it an exceptionally versatile textile heat transfer vinyl for both commercial production and creative applications.
CAD-CUT Premium Plus Black 700 delivers a rich black colour that works perfectly for company logos, names, numbers, lettering and graphic designs. STAHLS' Premium Plus has been developed for applications where flexibility and wearer comfort are important. Its 90-micron construction creates a lightweight transfer that follows the natural movement of the fabric.
This makes the film particularly suitable for large back prints, company branding, sports numbers, club logos and graphics covering larger areas of a garment. Its excellent elasticity also makes it suitable for sportswear, training clothing and garments containing Lycra®, spandex or other stretch fibres.

Fabric coatings, waterproof treatments and heat sensitivity can affect adhesion. We therefore recommend performing a test press before starting larger production runs.
Unlike many standard heat transfer films, Premium Plus can also be applied to 100% nylon. This makes Black 700 a useful choice for bags, jackets, sports clothing and other nylon products.
When applying to nylon, allow the transfer and fabric to cool completely before removing the carrier. The liner should therefore be removed using a Cold Peel process. On standard recommended fabrics, the carrier can normally be removed hot.
The adhesive carrier makes Premium Plus straightforward to process with professional cutting plotters. Small lettering, fine lines and individual design elements remain securely positioned while unwanted vinyl is removed.
This helps improve production efficiency and makes Premium Plus Black 700 suitable for everything from individual personalised garments to larger commercial production runs.
Cut the design in mirror image using a suitable vinyl cutter, weed away the excess material and place the design onto the garment with the adhesive carrier facing upwards.
Premium Plus can be applied using either of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds approximately to level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. Remove the carrier hot when pressing onto standard recommended textiles. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and allow the material to cool completely before removing the carrier.
