Unlike many standard heat transfer vinyl products, Premium Plus can also be applied to 100% nylon. This makes Beige 004 useful for decorating sports bags, lightweight jackets, club clothing, accessories and selected outdoor garments.
When applying the film to nylon, allow the garment and design to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon may have water-resistant or dirt-repellent coatings, so adhesion should always be tested on the specific product.
The adhesive carrier keeps letters, lines and individual design elements securely in place during weeding and application. This is particularly useful for small lettering, intricate logos and designs containing several separate components.
Premium Plus can be cut using standard vinyl cutters and cutting plotters. The design must be mirrored before cutting. After removing the unwanted film, position the design on the garment with the clear carrier facing upwards.

Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. On cotton, polyester and other standard recommended textiles, remove the adhesive carrier while hot. For 100% nylon, use Cold Peel and wait until the transfer has cooled completely.
Always follow the garment manufacturer's care and temperature instructions and test the material before full production.
