At approximately 105 microns, CAD-CUT Hologram is thin enough for efficient cutting while still delivering a strong decorative effect. The adhesive carrier helps keep the design stable when excess material is weeded away and when the transfer is positioned on the garment.
Cut the artwork in mirror image using a suitable cutting plotter. Always perform a small test cut before starting a full production run, as blade condition, cutting pressure and speed can affect the result. STAHLS recommends a minimum line thickness of approximately 1.5 mm.
For professional and consistent adhesion, apply Sparkle Silver 902 with a quality heat press. Position the weeded design with the carrier facing upwards and make sure seams, zips or other raised areas do not prevent even contact with the heat platen.
CAD-CUT Hologram is not recommended for multi-layer applications, so plan combined designs accordingly.

Fabric coatings, dyes and constructions can react differently to heat and pressure. Always test the exact garment before producing larger quantities.
To help maintain the holographic silver finish, wash the decorated garment at up to 40°C and turn it inside out before washing and ironing. Gentle tumble drying is permitted, while dry cleaning is not recommended. Avoid bleach and aggressive laundry products that may damage the film, and always follow the garment manufacturer's care instructions.
