Always perform a small test cut before starting full production. The blade should cut cleanly through the polyurethane film without cutting through the carrier underneath.
Once cut, remove the excess material around the design using a suitable weeding tool, tweezers, STAHLS' EZ Weeder®, LED Weeder or LED Pin.
STAHLS' CAD-CUT Glow Neon Blue 301 is not recommended for layered heat transfer applications. Other HTV materials should not be applied directly on top of the Glow vinyl, and Glow should not be placed over an existing layer of heat transfer vinyl.
For multi-colour designs, position the different vinyl colours next to each other without overlapping and apply each material according to its recommended heat press settings.
Mirror cut your design, weed away the unwanted vinyl and position the finished design on the garment with the carrier facing upwards.

Ensure that the heat press provides even heat and pressure across the entire design. Seams, zips, pockets and other raised areas can prevent proper contact between the heat platen, vinyl and garment.
