A recommended minimum line width of approximately 1.5 mm helps ensure reliable cutting and weeding. Very small lettering and extremely fine details should always be test cut first, as results depend on the cutter, blade condition, speed and pressure settings.
CAD-CUT Fancy Silver 815 can be processed using most standard professional cutting plotters. Designs should be cut in mirror image before application. Adjust blade depth, cutting pressure and speed so that the effect film is cut cleanly without cutting through the carrier sheet.
Always perform a test cut before production. Once cut, remove the excess material around the design using a suitable weeding tool, such as STAHLS' EZ Weeder®, LED Weeder, LED Pin or precision tweezers.

Remove the carrier while warm using a smooth, controlled motion. If any area has not bonded correctly, reposition the carrier and briefly repress the transfer.
