For reliable cutting and easy weeding, a minimum line width of approximately 1.5 mm is recommended. Very small lettering and exceptionally fine details should always be test cut before production, as achievable detail depends on the cutting plotter, blade condition, speed and pressure settings.
STAHLS' Fancy Royal Blue HTV can be cut using conventional vinyl cutting plotters. The design should be mirrored before cutting so that it appears correctly after heat transfer.
