For dependable cutting and weeding, a minimum line thickness of approximately 1.5 mm is recommended. Very small lettering and extremely fine lines should always be test cut before production, as achievable detail depends on the cutting plotter, blade condition, blade angle, speed and pressure settings.
STAHLS' Fancy Orange 180 can be cut using a standard vinyl cutter or cutting plotter. Designs must be mirror cut before application so they appear correctly once transferred to the garment.
The adhesive carrier helps keep separate letters and graphic elements correctly aligned during weeding and positioning. This is particularly useful for designs containing multiple individual components.
Always perform a test cut and adjust blade pressure, cutting speed and blade depth to suit your specific cutter. The blade should cut cleanly through the HTV without cutting through the carrier.
