The thin polyurethane-based construction creates a lightweight print that moves naturally with the fabric. It is therefore an excellent choice for large graphics, detailed logos, lettering, numbers and designs applied to sportswear, workwear, leisurewear, promotional clothing and personalised garments.
CAD-CUT Premium Plus Pastel Yellow 105 is easy to cut, weed and position thanks to its pressure-sensitive adhesive carrier. It can be applied to cotton, polyester, nylon, satin, polyester mesh and selected Lycra® or spandex blends, making it a versatile heat transfer film for both professional textile printers and creative businesses.
Pastel Yellow 105 offers a softer alternative to bright or fluorescent yellow vinyl. Its light, warm tone is ideal for spring collections, children’s clothing, fashion garments, event merchandise, lifestyle branding and designs requiring a calm yet noticeable colour.
The pastel shade works particularly well with white, cream, light grey, lavender, mint green, pale blue and other soft colours. It can also provide an attractive contrast on black, navy, dark green and charcoal garments.
Use this pastel yellow HTV for company logos, decorative typography, names, numbers, illustrations and personalised designs. The matt surface helps the finished print look integrated with the fabric rather than appearing thick or heavily coated.
STAHLS' CAD-CUT Premium Plus is developed for applications where flexibility and comfort are important. At approximately 90 microns thick, the film creates a lightweight finish that remains comfortable even when used for larger front or back prints.
Its high elasticity makes it especially suitable for sportswear, activewear and garments containing Lycra®, spandex or other stretch fibres. The transfer follows the movement of the textile and returns to its original shape, helping the design maintain a smooth and professional appearance.

Textiles may contain coatings, waterproof treatments or heat-sensitive fibres that affect adhesion. Always perform a test application on the actual garment before beginning a larger production run.
Unlike many standard heat transfer vinyl products, Premium Plus can be used on suitable 100% nylon. This makes it a practical option for sports bags, lightweight jackets, teamwear and other nylon-based products.
When applying the film to nylon, allow the garment and transfer to cool completely before removing the carrier. Nylon materials may have water-repellent or stain-resistant coatings, so testing is essential to confirm satisfactory adhesion.
The adhesive carrier helps hold every part of the design securely during weeding and placement. This is particularly useful for small lettering, fine lines and graphics containing several separate elements.
Premium Plus can be cut using standard vinyl cutting plotters. Cut the design in mirror image, remove the excess material and position the graphic on the garment with the transparent carrier facing upwards.
Apply STAHLS' CAD-CUT Premium Plus using one of the following settings:
Medium pressure corresponds to approximately level 4–6 on a Hotronix® heat press. On cotton, polyester and other standard recommended textiles, remove the carrier while hot. For 100% nylon, allow the transfer to cool fully and use a cold peel.
