The Secabo TS7 THE BEAST combines the TS7 SMART heat press with the Thermobase TB7 heated lower platen for demanding textile decoration and transfer work. Its 40 cm × 50 cm working area provides space for larger designs, while heating from both sides offers greater control over the transfer process.
This configuration is particularly useful for sublimation, white toner transfers and applications involving delicate textiles. Depending on the material and transfer system, additional heat from below can allow a lower upper-platen temperature or a shorter pressing cycle.
The upper heating platen reaches up to 225°C, while the Thermobase TB7 reaches up to 160°C and has its own temperature controller. This allows the two heating surfaces to be adjusted separately for the task.
Using a heated lower platen can help reduce heat marks and improve results with suitable transfer materials. Always follow the transfer manufacturer's instructions, as the appropriate temperature, time and pressure vary between applications.

The press accommodates suitable items up to 70 mm high, providing flexibility for thicker products. Its portrait-format working area also makes it convenient to position garments and larger transfer designs.
The Secabo SMART Transfer app connects to the TS7 SMART through Bluetooth. Its transfer database provides suggested parameters according to the fabric and transfer medium, along with guidance for multi-stage processes.
The digital controller manages temperature and pressing time, with additional functions such as pre-pressing and a cycle counter. Contact pressure is adjusted mechanically on the press; THE BEAST does not use the TPS7 SMART's pneumatic pressing system.
The heating head swings away from the lower platen to provide access for loading garments and aligning transfers. A 110° swivel angle and selectable left or right opening direction help you arrange the press to suit your workspace.
The press is closed manually and opens and swings away automatically when the pressing cycle finishes. Adjustable contact pressure of up to 250 g/cm² supports a range of transfer requirements without pneumatic equipment.
The modular construction allows THE BEAST to work with compatible quick-change systems, interchangeable platens and a slide extension. These options make it easier to adapt the equipment to different product sizes or changing production requirements.
