ORAGUARD 372 Anti-Graffiti Film is a transparent 23 µm polyester protection film designed for signs, printed graphics, photographs and other smooth, flat surfaces. It protects the underlying surface against graffiti, dirt and UV exposure while allowing graphics and colours to remain clearly visible.
The film uses a permanent solvent polyacrylate adhesive and is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Graffiti can be removed using a suitable cleaning solvent without damaging the film surface, while an outdoor service life of approximately 3 years makes it suitable for locations where regular protection and cleaning are required.

ORAGUARD 372 is a transparent polyester protection film developed for protecting signs, printed graphics, photographs and other smooth surfaces against graffiti, contamination and UV exposure. Its clear construction allows the original design to remain visible while adding a protective layer over the surface.
With a film thickness of just 23 µm, ORAGUARD 372 provides a thin and discreet protective finish. It can be used indoors and outdoors on suitable flat surfaces where easier cleaning and protection of the underlying graphic are important.
Graffiti can be difficult and expensive to remove directly from printed graphics, signs and other finished surfaces. ORAGUARD 372 creates a transparent protective layer over the original material so that graffiti can be removed from the film rather than directly from the protected surface.
Suitable cleaning solvents can be used to remove graffiti without damaging the ORAGUARD 372 film surface. This can help reduce the need to replace complete signs or printed graphics after vandalism.
The front material is a special transparent polyester film with excellent dimensional stability. Its clear finish is designed to preserve the visibility of colours, text, photographs and graphics underneath.
The film has an average thickness of 0.023 mm, equivalent to 23 µm, excluding the adhesive and protective liner. The thin construction makes it suitable for applications where surface protection is required without adding a visually dominant overlay.
In addition to graffiti protection, ORAGUARD 372 helps shield the underlying surface from dirt and UV exposure. This makes it useful for signs, displays and printed graphics positioned in locations where contamination and sunlight can affect their appearance over time.
The final performance of the complete graphic still depends on the print medium, ink, surface preparation, environmental exposure and installation quality.
ORAGUARD 372 uses a permanent solvent polyacrylate adhesive. Adhesive strength is rated at approximately 12 N/25 mm after 24 hours on stainless steel.
The surface should be clean, dry and suitable for permanent adhesive film before application. A minimum application temperature of 10°C is specified for installation.
The film is designed for use on smooth, even surfaces in both indoor and outdoor environments. Typical applications include signs, printed graphics, information panels, photographs and other flat visual installations where graffiti protection is required.
Under professional application and vertical outdoor exposure in normal Central European conditions, the expected service life is approximately 3 years.
ORAGUARD 372 offers resistance to several substances encountered during cleaning and everyday use, including water, isopropyl alcohol, mild acids, salts, alkalis and diluted household cleaning solutions.
The film also shows resistance to seawater exposure, making it suitable for selected environments where moisture and environmental contamination may be present.
The current specification lists a working temperature range from −40°C to +100°C after application. Older ORAFOL technical documentation lists resistance up to +120°C, but the current +100°C value is the recommended figure to follow for new applications.
ORAGUARD 372 is manufactured in standard roll widths of 1260 mm, with a standard full roll length of 50 metres. Available ordering lengths may vary according to the options offered on this product page.
For wider graphics and professional print finishing, the film can be applied using a suitable cold roll laminator to help maintain consistent pressure and alignment.
