QuickFlex Revolution 3613 Lemon Yellow is a soft, matt heat transfer vinyl made from water-based PU. Designed for fast and low-temperature application, it is suitable for creating bright Lemon Yellow designs on a wide range of garments and textiles.
The 90 µm film can be applied at 140°C for 5 seconds in quick mode or 120°C for 20 seconds when a lower application temperature is preferred. It can be peeled hot or cold and is suitable for materials including cotton, polyester, acrylic and selected nylon and polyamide textiles.

QuickFlex Revolution is manufactured from water-based PU and has a soft, super matt surface. With a thickness of approximately 90 µm, the material remains lightweight and flexible after application, making it well suited to clothing where comfort and freedom of movement are important.
QuickFlex Revolution offers two standard application methods, allowing you to choose between rapid production and lower temperature pressing depending on the textile being decorated.
The short five second pressing option makes QuickFlex Revolution particularly useful for production environments where multiple garments need to be decorated efficiently. The lower temperature option can also be useful when working with textiles that benefit from reduced heat exposure.
QuickFlex Revolution is designed as a versatile textile transfer film and can be used with materials including cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon, polyamide and suitable cotton/polyester blends. Always test the material before production when working with coated, treated or unfamiliar textiles.
Its soft and flexible structure makes it suitable for applications such as T-shirts, sportswear, sweatshirts, children's clothing, promotional garments and customised fashion products.
Colour code 3613 is Chemica's Lemon Yellow shade. It provides a bright yellow appearance that works well for lettering, logos, decorative graphics and designs where strong colour visibility is required.
The matt surface gives the finished transfer a clean textile appearance rather than a highly glossy plastic finish, helping the design integrate naturally with the garment.
QuickFlex Revolution can be cut using a suitable cutting plotter with a 45° flex blade. The carrier helps keep the design positioned during preparation and transfer, while the material is designed to support detailed graphics and straightforward weeding.
For best results, mirror the artwork before cutting, weed away the unwanted material and position the finished design on the garment before transferring it with a suitable heat press.
QuickFlex Revolution is certified according to OEKO TEX Standard 100 Class I. The range is also produced using water-based PU and is designed for textile applications where a soft feel, flexibility and efficient heat application are important.
