Chemica Hotmark Revolution 341 Pastel Blue is a professional PU heat transfer vinyl designed for fast, versatile and comfortable textile decoration. Colour 341 Pastel Blue is an official shade in Chemica's Hotmark Revolution range and provides a soft, modern pastel blue appearance for garments, accessories and customised textile products.
Hotmark Revolution is manufactured from polyurethane (PU) and has a thickness of approximately 75 µm. Its thin construction and semi-matt, soft touch surface help the finished design feel light and flexible on the garment rather than excessively thick or rigid.
Colour number 341 is officially identified by Chemica as Pastel Blue. The subtle blue shade is suitable for contemporary clothing, children's garments, sportswear, promotional textiles, accessories and decorative designs.
Pastel Blue can be used on its own for a clean and understated appearance or combined with white, neutral colours, other pastel shades and stronger contrasting colours to create more complex designs.
According to Chemica's current technical datasheet, Hotmark Revolution is made from PU and has a thickness of 75 µm. The material uses a transparent adhesive polyester carrier that helps keep cut elements positioned correctly during weeding and application.
The finished surface has a semi-matt finish and soft touch, making the material particularly suitable for garment decoration where comfort and flexibility are important.
One of the main advantages of Hotmark Revolution is its fast application option. Chemica's current 2026 technical datasheet specifies a quick application of 140°C for 5 seconds using medium pressure.
This short pressing time can help improve workflow when producing multiple garments or repeated designs, particularly in professional textile printing environments where production speed is important.
The current Chemica 2026 technical datasheet also specifies a low temperature application of 120°C for 20 seconds. This provides an alternative when working with compatible textiles that benefit from reduced heat exposure.
Chemica's 2025 product catalogue previously listed the low temperature setting as 130°C for 20 seconds. As the newer 2026 technical datasheet specifies 120°C for 20 seconds, the newer figure should be treated as the current primary recommendation. Always perform an application test before production because the ideal setting can also depend on the garment and heat press being used.
Chemica's current technical datasheet lists Hotmark Revolution for use on cotton, polyester, polycotton and nylon fabrics. This versatility makes the material suitable for a broad range of garment decoration and textile production applications.
Typical uses include T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, bags, workwear, sportswear, promotional garments, personalised clothing and other compatible textile products.
For nylon, Chemica specifies a two-step application process. The first press is carried out at 140°C for 5 seconds, followed by a second press at 140°C for 15 seconds.
Because textile treatments and coatings can vary considerably, Chemica recommends carrying out cutting, heat pressing and application tests before beginning full production.
Hotmark Revolution should be mirror cut before application. Chemica recommends a 45° flex blade for cutting the material.
After cutting, remove the unwanted material, position the finished design on the garment and apply it using a suitable heat press. The transparent adhesive polyester carrier helps maintain the position of individual elements during this process.
The current Chemica datasheet allows the polyester carrier to be removed using either a hot peel or cold peel. This gives the operator additional flexibility within the production workflow.
Medium pressure is recommended during heat application. Always check the textile manufacturer's care instructions and perform a test when working with unfamiliar fabrics.
Chemica recommends waiting at least 24 hours after application before the first wash. Garments should be washed inside out to help protect the transferred design, and aggressive cleaning products and bleach should be avoided.
The producer indicates washing temperatures of up to 60°C, with 40°C specified for certain textiles. Always follow the care requirements of the garment itself if they specify a lower washing temperature.
Chemica recommends a maximum storage period of approximately one year. The material should be stored in a dry room at approximately 15°C to 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and preferably kept in a vertical position.
