Textile Printing Guide
- Before warming: Make sure the fabric is smooth and clean.
- When used on plastics and impregnated substances, preheat for 5 sec.
- Check the transfer for any errors, then place the transfer in the desired location with the color side facing the fabric. Avoid seam edges and the like. Use if necessary. Heat pad or smaller pieces of silicone plate.
- Heating temperature of:
- T-shirts / sweatshirts 170-180 degrees Celsius.
- Workwear of fine fabric 170-180 degrees Celsius
- Working clothes of rough fabric 160-170 degrees Celsius
- Plastics, polyester / beacernylon and the like 150-160 degrees.
- Close the heat pump for 12-25 sec. (possibly with a pressure of about 7 bar if you use heat presses on air pressure)
- Open the heat press slowly as the transfer can easily be lifted and the transfer will be separated from the fabric.
- Carefully remove the fabric from the Heat Presser and allow it to cool before slowly removing the paper in a diagonal line.

Tip: 1. If you have trouble with buttons and stitches
you can use our Teflon heat pad with advantage
or silicone pillow.
2. If you want to be 100% sure the transfer will not
sliding so you can use heat resistant tape to hold
transfer in place.
3. Always use teflon sheets between heat plate and transfer
to heat the heat plate as much as possible. Teflon sheet can
fastened with heat resistant tape.
4. For textile film upholstery we recommend a tip tweezers.
